Today, I decided to try Sarah's pork pie recipe. Everything went well besides being temporarily incapacitated by mincing onions. It never fails. Even though I love eating them, cutting onions leaves me a swollen eyed runny nosed wreck. As I was dishing out the filling into the dough cups, I realized I had a ton of filling and leftover dough bits. So I made a pork turnover and since the recipe basically is pork meatloaf, I made pork cupcakes. Mmmm... I just ate two of my finished products.
