With my awesome new short hairdo, I am discovering the downsides of my new hair. It has to defy gravity ALL THE TIME. Nothing lies flat on my head anymore. Combing while wet doesn't work. So people, I'm starting to look like this:

Hair Lifecycle
I grew up with thin, straight fine hair but in my mid-twenties my hair suddenly grew up and became different. It was the cuts I had, or the color - all of a sudden my hair was thicker and wavier. Haircuts that I couldn't have pulled off when I was a teen suddenly looked good. And my hair became too thick for some clips.
