When an Inmate Calls
I'm not easily spooked but I got a phone call last night that put me on edge all evening. It was a collect call from Richmond jail. The name of the inmate wasn't clear. It just sounded like someone hollering into the phone. When I hit *69, I got the phone number for an inmate collect call service. I don't know any inmates especially in Richmond so this was obviously a wrong number.
