The latest update from Verizon is that I will be receiving my free tv in March. The 4 - 6 week wait time I was told wasn't counted from my installation date. It was counted from the time when I eventually received a registration letter (mid-January). If they can't honor their advertisement or get their stories straight, I have no idea how they can continue to do business. I know my complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
Fed up, I have moved my old crappy television back to my living room. It's funny how this ridiculous delay coincided with the writers strike so I haven't really missed much. Still, Verizon is a pack of assholes and I would highly dissuade anyone signing up for their service.
